1956 Demo

Norman Cohen asks:

Do you also remember the demonstration at the Egypt consulate in NYC later that same year, 1956?

I definitely do as I participated. We were sure we would all get arrested but at the end no one was.

    I was one of the Betarim taking part in that event. I have lost track of the New York group I was part of in Manhattan. Norman Cohen, told me about this site and suggested I look at it. It sure brings back nice memories of the days when we had the sense to fight for what we thought was important. Norman mentioned that someone may have pictures of us at the event and the one in DC. I would love to see these old pictures if anyone has them.
