Camp Betar

In summer 2001 Brian was up in the Catskills in preparation for his year in Israel with the Young Judaea Year Course. On the way back we made a detour to Camp and I took the attached photos.
As you can see the only thing still standing then was the Arts and Crafts Building. The door with all the graffiti was from the Girls Bunk behind the A&C building. You could no longer see the resevior from the Misdar grounds, and I found a canoe at the Obstacle Course - wonder who put it there!!
Enjoy

Hi Yisrael,

Since I couldn't find a contact email, I use this comment, to explain why two of your susbsequent links have been removed. (This and a previous one).
The rules are not many and they are simple. One link per URL only, and the post has to be marked as a Skywatch post. We have to stick to these rules, so that SWF visitors that follow a link from the Skywatch Friday site - actually find a Skywatch post. I'm sure you understand. Thank you! See you next week!
Cheers, Klaus

These pictures are not related to Skywatch at all! Who are you, and how did you get access to these shots?

I'm guilty. Those clouds looked great and I sent them over. I never pay attention to rules. So that's the end of that.

In the fifties we called the art&crafts center what it originally was-"the barn"
